• DANG SHEN — Radix Codonopsitis — 20 %
• FU LING — Sclerotium Poriae Cocos — 10 %
• ZAO XIU — Herba Paris Polyphylla — 10 %
• BAI HUA SHE SHE CAO — Herba Hedyotis diffusae(= Herba Oldenlandiae) — 10 %
• GUA LOU SHI — Fructus Trichosanthis — 10 %
• JIE GENG — Radix Platycodi Grandiflori — 10 %
• WU WEI ZI — Fructus Schizandrae — 10 %

Recommended use – granules (adults)

Take 2 g three times daily (6 g per day in total). Stir into hot water and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before consumption – risk of scalding. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before or after a meal.

A measuring spoon is included. Level off spoonfuls; the stated quantity in grams is the reference. Children require individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Carrier in the granules

The individual granules used may contain potato starch as a carrier where technologically necessary.
