Right of withdrawal instructions

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original payment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

4. Returning the goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

6. Cost and proof of return

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the goods with sufficient postage and preferably insured, with proof of posting or shipment. Unpaid or insufficiently stamped parcels may be refused unless mandatory statutory rights provide otherwise.

7. Diminished value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or may expire for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
