• SHAN YAO — Rhizoma Dioscoreae oppositae — 25 %
• QIAN CAO GEN — Radix Rubiae — 10 %
• HUAI NIU XI — Radix Achyranthis bidentatae — 10 %
• CHUAN NIU XI — Radix Cyathulae — 10 %
• GU SUI BU — Rhizoma Drynariae — 10 %
• ZI ZHU — Folium Callicarpae — 10 %

Recommended use – granules (adults)

Take 2 g three times daily (6 g per day in total). Stir into hot water and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before consumption – risk of scalding. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before or after a meal.

A measuring spoon is included. Level off spoonfuls; the stated quantity in grams is the reference. Children require individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Carrier in the granules

The individual granules used may contain potato starch as a carrier where technologically necessary.
