• LAI FU ZI — Semen Raphani Sativi — 8 %
• MAI YA — Fructus Hordei Vulgaris Germinantus — 6 %
• CHEN PI — Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae — 6 %
• XUAN FU HUA — Flos Inulae — 12 %
• FU LING — Sclerotium Poriae Cocos — 12 %
• LIAN QIAO — Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae — 6 %

Recommended use – granules (adults)

Take 2 g three times daily (6 g per day in total). Stir into hot water and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before consumption – risk of scalding. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before or after a meal.

A measuring spoon is included. Level off spoonfuls; the stated quantity in grams is the reference. Children require individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Carrier in the granules

The individual granules used may contain potato starch as a carrier where technologically necessary.
