• BO HE — Herba Menthae Haplocalycis — 10 %
• DAN DOU CHI — Semen Sojae Praeparatum — 8 %
• JING JIE — Herba seu Flos Schizonepetae Tenuifoliae — 6.5 %
• DAN ZHU YE — Herba Lophatheri Gracilis — 6.5 %
• LU GEN — Rhizoma Phragmitis Communis — 8 %

Recommended use – granules (adults)

Take 2 g three times daily (6 g per day in total). Stir into hot water and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before consumption – risk of scalding. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before or after a meal.

A measuring spoon is included. Level off spoonfuls; the stated quantity in grams is the reference. Children require individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Carrier in the granules

The individual granules used may contain potato starch as a carrier where technologically necessary.
