Ingredients

• SHENG DI HUANG – Rehmannia (Fresh)
• GOU QI ZI – Lycium Fruit
• SHA SHEN – Glehnia
• MAI MEN DONG – Ophiopogon
• DANG GUI – Angelica Root – Tangkuei
• CHUAN LIAN ZI – Melia

Recommended use – granules (adults)

Take 2 g three times daily (6 g per day in total). Stir into hot water and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before consumption – risk of scalding. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before or after a meal.

A measuring spoon is included. Level off spoonfuls; the stated quantity in grams is the reference. Children require individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Carrier in the granules
