Ingredients

• CANG ZHU – Astractylodes
• HOU PO – Magnolia Bark
• SHENG JIANG – Ginger (Fresh)
• CHEN PI – Mandarin Peel – Citrus Peel
• ZHI GAN CAO – Licorice (Prepared)
• DA ZAO – Jujube

Recommended use – granules (adults)

Take 2 g three times daily (6 g per day in total). Stir into hot water and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before consumption – risk of scalding. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before or after a meal.

A measuring spoon is included. Level off spoonfuls; the stated quantity in grams is the reference. Children require individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Carrier in the granules
